2008-2009 Meal Plan
Clark Dining Services is excited to announce new options in the 2008-2009 meal plans. You Talked, We Listened! We listened to what you had to say in last year’s focus groups and surveys and designed new meal plans that will provide even more options and value to your dining experience.
Benefits of the 2008-2009 meal plan:
- No counting dining opportunities per semester because meals will be replenished weekly.
- No running out of dining opportunities or need to buy meals at the end of the semester.
- More value due to more dining opportunities being added compared to last year.
- Meal Plan Price Reduction when compared to equivalent plan from previous year.
- All you can eat experience when dining in Higgins Café.
- Meal Swaps at Bistro have been expanded with new items.
- Dollar Menu available at Late Night, after Swaps end at 8pm to provide a high-value, low-price menu after hours.
- Dining Dollars can be used at Late Nite.

Sustainability
In the many steps Clark Dining Services has made in the past year toward sustainability, including compostable disposables in the Bistro and waste-reducing napkin dispensers in Higgins Cafe, we set the bar even higher for 08-09.
- Purchasing through local vendors including Acme Pre-Pak for fresh and local produce, Dippin Donuts on Main Street for fresh hot donuts and several bakeries in the Worcester area.
- Using Green Seal chemicals throughout our facilities
- Working with the Regional Environmental Council of Worcester (Regional Environmental Council HomePage)
Take 3 Menu
We listened to what you had to say in the Bistro and added several items to the Take 3 Menu, including vegan and vegetarian items, more snacks and flexibility. See the entire Take 3 menu.
Food Labels
Allergies and diet restrictions are becoming more evident in today’s dining environment. Clark Dining Services commits to labeling foods on our menus. Look for new symbols that label vegan, vegetarian, pork, nuts and shellfish.
