Summer Operations
The Bistro will be open Monday-Friday 8:30am-1:30pm throught the summer, serving breakfast from the Grill 8:30am-10:30pm and lunch from the Grill 11:00am-1:30pm.
We will be closed on Monday, May 27 in oberservance of Memorial Day and July 3-5 in observance of Independance Day.
Higgins Cafe and Jazzman's Cafe are both closed over the summer months.

- Higgins Cafe Salad Bar
- Salads Your Way features ingredients displayed for guests to customize popular salads such as Cobb Salad, Chef Salad, Asian Chicken Salad and More!
- Denny's Soup – Fresh from our kitchen and Denny's stove top cooking pot,, our soups are made by hand each day with fresh ingredients and a chef’s touch (one soup is always vegan Monday-Friday and one is always vegetarian on weekends).
- Denny now cooks up a special vegan soup now located at the Vegan Garden in addition to one weekly popular soup such as chicken noodle, tomato and beef vegetable as well as a daily featured soup.
- Jeannie's Desserts - Desserts made in house make all the difference! Most of our desserts are made right her on campus by Jeannie, our lead baker. Scones, danishes and tea breads are featured during breakfast while cookies, squares, brownies and bars are favorites at lunch. Dinner meals feature delicious cobblers, pies and cakes to name a few treats from Jeannie's oven..

- The Garden - Freshly prepared vegan entree dishes, vegetables, whole grains and hand soaked legumes.
- Bento Box - A Japanese lunch box that consists of authentic asian cuisine as well as Americanized bodes.
Global Toss – Enjoy trying new flavors and experiences! The International menu will showcase our passion for authentic restaurant quality dishes as our chef prepares exciting recipes from around the world.
- Grill - Traditional menu featuring grilled chicken, hamburgers, garden burgers and fries.
Chef's Signature - Traditional "full meals" prepared fresh daily.
- Deli – Old fashioned deli with contemporary sandwich innovation, your sandwich
creativity is limited only by your imagination.
- All New Nutritionist's Corner – An entire meal under 400 calories! This station offers our guests a chance to try items by simple modifications in their favorite recipes. These changes could include taco salad made with turkey instead of beef, steamed veggies in place of sauteed with oil, taking only half a wrap instead of a whole or simply combining items such as brown rice and beans to create a well balanced plate. It's not about counting calories, it's all about making good choices.

Pizza @ the Hearth - Fresh hand crafted pies baked with a thin crust to a crunchy golden color. Clarkie favorites and specialty pizzas share the oven with calzones and stromboli's. Vegan pizzas are featured daily.
- Pasta @ the Hearth - Enjoy two pasta sauces, made from scratch and freshly cut vegetables tossed with your favorite pasta that is naturally vegan (except egg noodles), often featuring whole grain. Our exhibition cooks may also saute fresh vegetables of your choice from the Salad Bar.

My Zone Pantry (Gluten-Free)
My Zone Pantry is a designated area in Higgins Cafe designed as safe zone for specific allergies. My Zone offers food products for those individuals who have a gluten intolerance or inability to digest gluten. My Zone also provides cooking equipment such as a microwave and toaster dedicated to gluten-free cooking.

The Grill @ the Bistro - features customized burgers as well as specialty burgers and sandwiches, grill favorites, a full breakfast menu and late nite options. Open until 2:00am nightly.



The Grill Press - move over Mom's grilled cheese pan, we've got some competition for you! Specialty grilled cheese menu options are featured each late nite in the Bistro starting at 9:00pm. Here's a hint...Mac & Cheese Grilled Cheese?
